We pray for blessings, we pray for peace.
Comfort for family, protection while we sleep.
We pray for healing, prosperity.
We pray for Your mighty hand to ease our suffering.

All the while, You hear each spoken need. 
Yet love is way too much to give us lesser things.


Cause what if your blessings come through raindrops?
What if your healing comes through tears?
What if a thousand sleepless nights are what it takes to know You’re near?

What if trials of this life are Your mercies in disguise?


We pray for wisdom, Your voice to hear.
We cry in anger when we cannot feel You near.
We doubt Your goodness, we doubt Your love.
As if every promise from Your word is not enough.

All the while You hear each desperate plea.
And long that we’d have faith to believe.

When friends betray us, when darkness seems to win;
We know that pain reminds this heart, that this is not, this is not our home.
It’s not our home.

What if my greatest disappointments, or the aching of this life;
Is a revealing of greater thirst that this world can’t satisfy?

Hey Everybody!!
Thanks for stopping by my site today!! I’m so glad you’re here!! I have so much to say and my heart is overflowing with it all, but I have limited time today. So, I’ll be keeping this short. (Well, I guess I keep everything short. Get it? hahaha.)

It has been quite a busy year!! Over the next few weeks I plan to share about it with you in more detail, so come back soon and check it out if you think you can handle the excitement!

The first thing I want to tell you is that I just got a new computer. The main reason I haven’t been here in so long is that I was having serious problems with my old PC. But now I have a new Mac and I am back in business!! That’s right–I am now a Mac user!! It’s taken a little getting used to, but I really love it! Hurray for technology!
